Alkın Compressor Industry and Trading Co. Ltd. Şti. Is happy to have implemented and completed many defence industry projects in the defence industry journey that started with the National Ship (MİLGEM) in 2007 within the scope of our country's vision of developing domestic and national technologies. In 2016, Alkın compressor, which produced the first 1500 l/min flow rate compact water-cooled high-pressure air compressor designed for use in submarines, was recently involved in the (L-400) TCG ANADOLU Multi-Purpose Amphibious Ship project. Within the scope of the project, 12 compressors consisting of High Pressure Breathing Air between 0-350 Bar, Medium and Low Pressure Compressor System and a Nitrogen Production System were delivered by Alkın Compressor.

It continues to carry out its production activities in its new factory located in Torbali/Izmir with a total area of 32000 m2, of which 10000 m2 is closed. Within the framework of fast and high quality service, understanding its products that appeal to different sectors. Alkin Compressor, is Turkey's first and only manufacturer of high pressure breathing air compressors with its recognition in domestic and foreign markets, increasing export capacity and a local content rate of over 80%. It also makes a name for itself abroad with the fairs, conferences, and symposiums it participates in. Alkin Compressors, has made a name for itself by participating in important fairs of the sector such as Fabtech, Best Practises, and Dema Show organised in the USA in recent years. It continues to represent our country with the positive feedback it has received.
Thanks to this positive feedback, a solution partnership agreement was recently signed with SPEE3D, the leading metal additive manufacturing technology company in the industry. SPEE3D carries out research, development, and delivery of metal 3D printers and integrated systems using the world's leading patented Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing (CSAM) technology. Within the framework of the solution partnership, Alkin and SPEE3D started to work on developing a special compressor used only in SPEE3D's printers. SPEE3D announced that it started to work on developing a special compressor used only in SPEE3Ds printers. SPEE3D took part in the booth representing its valuable business partners, companies, and technologies at the world-famous RAPID+TCT Conference held in Chicago / USA between 2-4 May.
Nitin G. Shanbhag, CEO of Alkın Compressors America, participated in the RAPID+TCT Conference and welcomed the visitors at the SPEE3D stand. Mr Shanbhag expressed his satisfaction with the business partnership initiated between “ALKIN & SPEE3D”.
